This Sablet rosé has a lovely clear, limpid color with salmon highlights.
A frank attack on the nose, an explosion of fruit and a frank complexity is expressed.
The palate is fine and precise, the fruitiness and fatness cover the entire mouth, the slightly sustained structure brings a delicate complexity and a sensation of light red wine. A hint of bitterness at the end of the palate closes a very beautiful balance.
They sought to develop a fuller-bodied, more “tannic” rosé while retaining freshness and tension.
