" Domaine les Sibu only bottled its first wines in 2015. But its reds and whites are among the most impressive in the appellation. The vineyard is well established: 4th generation of winegrowers. Loïc Alazard did a series of internships in France and then in New Zealand before returning to the helm of the family estate. They operate 21 ha, mainly in Sablet, but with a little bit of Gigondas.
